If you’ve found yourself landing on this page and reading my bio, there’s a decent chance you’re wondering whether I’m the kind of person who would be able to “get” you, accept you, and caringly guide you along your journey.

​As an 11-year Air Force veteran, women of color and someone who has 17+ years of experience and training in navigating the social and emotional health landscape, I draw from a few therapeutic techniques to tailor my approach to your unique needs. My hope is for us to foster an attunement that invites our relationship to grow organically with reciprocal respect and loyalty.

I am licensed in Oregon and Colorado as a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I frequently work with clients navigating intersecting identities, such as how their family of origin, sexuality, and culture interact. I often work with entrepreneurial women navigating the unique challenges that arise for women in tech, management, military operations and other traditionally male-dominated roles. I have a special interest in how trauma intersects with autoimmune conditions and those struggling with hormone imbalances impacting mood.

I specialize and did my dissertation on first responder health, professionals and mental health clinicians needing discrete support.
